2024 Bmore Youth Arts (BYA) Program Development

Member Duties : Activity 1: Develop BYA Internship Model-Research potential models for program. Identify training opportunities and community resources. Develop training materials with YOA and Youth. Compose training schedule. Research funding sources for the internship program. Activity 2: Increase Strategic Partnerships. Reach out to existing BYA partners to speak about internship program. Collect youth interests on career fields to inform partnerships. Activity 3: Launch pilot the BYA Internship Program-Interview potential youth.Establish worksite placements. Plan and facilitate training orientation for young people. Meet with participants, BYA staff, host site supervisors during employment. Administer feedback surveys for youth and host sites.
