We are seeking a part-time Food Service Worker with high expectations of their work and of their colleagues' and the willingness to engage in deep reflection and growth. Our team members are persistent, dedicated professionals, who are team players and have a sense of humor.
Primary Roles and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Position Summary:
The Food Service Worker is responsible for preparing and/or building food items while providing customer service and adhering to food safety, food handling, and sanitation procedures.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions
- Properly stores food by adhering to food safety policies and procedures
- Sets up work stations including prep tables, service counters, hot wells, steam tables, etc.
- Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations
- Serves food to students, teachers, admin, etc. while ensuring guest satisfaction and anticipating the customers’ needs
- Replenishes food items and ensures items are stocked to appropriate levels
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
Weekly day range:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
