Form of work2024-2025 School Year Starting Salary: This is a stipend position. Head Coach will be placed within the salary range based upon experience and credentials. Description: The coach shall be responsible for planning, managing and directing the Junior High Football program.
Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks:Coaching the Junior High school football team.Heading all aspects of the program including practicing, competing, providing off-season improvement opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage of contact daysMarketing and promoting the Junior High football program.Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes.Managing a fiscally sound budget.Monitoring class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and intervening where appropriate.
