Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as a Full-Time Preschool Teacher. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching two separate groups of preschool children – one in the morning and another in the afternoon. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a positive impact on the early development and education of young minds.
Responsibilities:
- Curriculum Development: Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans for both morning and afternoon sessions, ensuring a well-rounded educational experience.
- Classroom Management: Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment, managing classroom dynamics and promoting a love for learning.
- Instructional Delivery: Deliver effective and interactive lessons, utilizing a variety of teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles.
- Individualized Attention: Provide individualized attention to each child, assessing their developmental needs and adapting teaching strategies accordingly.
- Parent Communication: Establish and maintain open communication with parents, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns or questions.
- Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other teachers and staff members to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
- Supervision: Ensure the safety and well-being of all children during classroom activities, outdoor play, and other scheduled events.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of each child's progress, behavior, and milestones, and prepare reports for parent-teacher conferences.

Qualifications
- Degree in Education, Early Childhood Unified Education, or other related field preferred
- Elementary Teaching License or Early Childhood Unified preferred.
- Knowledge of and an appreciation for independent school education
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
