Salary: USD 19.00 - USD 42.00 Hourly
Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.

In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for designing and executing compensation and benefits programs for Zebra employees
- Create market and data informed programs to attract, retain and incentivize Zebra employees
- Align pay and performance of company objectives
- Assist with market assessment of executive compensation programs relative to peer companies
- Support data analysis of HR-related aspects of any upcoming M&A transactions
- Review proposed executive compensation changes and analyze internal and external
competitiveness - Assist with administration of equity plan and processing of off-cycle equity awards
- Design competitive pay offers for executives
- Assist with preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
- Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
- Increase technology knowledge and skills
- Develop team-based work proficiencies
- Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities
Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
- Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program (MBA) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources
- Must have an anticipated graduation date of May 2023
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
- Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location
Preferred Qualifications:
- HR or Compensation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
- Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
- Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
- Ability to collaborate as part of a team
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
