Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for designing and executing compensation and benefits programs for Zebra employees
  • Create market and data informed programs to attract, retain and incentivize Zebra employees
  • Align pay and performance of company objectives
  • Assist with market assessment of executive compensation programs relative to peer companies
  • Support data analysis of HR-related aspects of any upcoming M&A transactions
  • Review proposed executive compensation changes and analyze internal and external
    competitiveness
  • Assist with administration of equity plan and processing of off-cycle equity awards
  • Design competitive pay offers for executives
  • Assist with preparation of materials for the Compensation Committee of the Board of Directors
  • Develop planning, organizational and leadership skills
  • Increase technology knowledge and skills
  • Develop team-based work proficiencies
  • Develop interpersonal skills to connect with day-to-day business contacts through follow up activities

Qualifications:

Required Qualifications:
  • Current enrollment in an undergraduate/graduate degree program (MBA) in Business, Accounting, Finance, Economics, Human Resources
  • Must have an anticipated graduation date of May 2023
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S. on a permanent basis without requiring sponsorship
  • Must reside within 50 miles of the primary work location

Preferred Qualifications:
  • HR or Compensation experience
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Word, & PowerPoint)
  • Intellectual curiosity with a strong desire to learn and grow
  • Proven leadership and excellence in professional, academic, and/or extracurricular experiences
  • Ability to collaborate as part of a team
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills

Salary: USD 19.00 - USD 42.00 Hourly

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
Additionally, all Zebra roles are eligible for cash incentive programs. For example, sales roles have additional opportunity to earn substantial variable compensation tied to quota achievement. In most other roles, the Zebra annual cash incentive program links Company and individual performance together. Some roles may also be eligible for long-term incentive equity awards.
