As a leader in the independent wealth management space, we are committed to the growth, development, and inclusion of all associates. In our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) internship, you will have the opportunity to learn about and support our associate-focused DEI program, specifically as it relates to our Associate Resource Groups, inclusion workshops, and community engagement efforts. You will work closely with our DEI leadership team and gain exposure to senior leaders and many areas of the business.
As an intern, you will be an integral part of our success while also shaping your own future by gaining relevant training and experience. This is a unique opportunity to learn about running a DEI program in a corporate setting, gain familiarity with DEI training, and develop program management and project delivery skills. You will even have the chance to lead a summer project with the support of a mentor! This internship will be in-person at our Clayton, MO office.
What are the overall objectives of the DEI Internship program?
- Provide project and program support to the DEI and Strategic Initiatives teams
- Learn about the fundamentals of running a DEI program in a corporate setting
- Gain familiarity with training on DEI topics, program management, and project delivery
- Opportunity to lead a summer project with the support of a mentor
What are the program details?
- The internship will start on June 5, 2023 and run approximately 8 weeks
- Interns will be paid an hourly rate of $15.00
Who is eligible to participate?
- A recent graduate or student currently enrolled in Bachelor's or Master's degree program with a demonstrated passion for Communications, Business, HR, Management, Diveristy, Equity, and Inclusion or something similar
- Eligible to work in the United States
- People who are passionate about serving others and making an impact
