Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is hiring a Senior Manager of Strategic Finance to join our team in Dallas, TX. This position will oversee the strategic finance function within the treasury department and will report to the SVP of Treasury & Risk Management. This role will be responsible for maintaining the company’s five year plan model along with building financial models for budgeting, forecasting and long-range planning related to the economic value of acquisitions, joint ventures, and new business.

This position is based at our corporate office in Dallas and will be eligible for a hybrid schedule once fully trained (2-3 days remote per week).

• Support treasury and risk management functions through data collection, financial modeling, and business analytics.
• Provide comprehensive financial updates and recommendations to senior management related to strategic and tactical decision making.
• Maintain the company’s 5 year plan model
• Support M&A from treasury analytics and monitor ongoing performance to ensure forecasts are realized and to improve future model accuracy
• Build databases of risk management information, specifically focused on the Company's safety efforts.

• Bachelor's degree required. MBA preferred.
• 5-7 years minimum of comprehensive & progressive treasury experience
• Thorough knowledge of finance and spreadsheet applications as well as forecasting
• Experience with growth-oriented companies, mergers & acquisitions preferred
• Strong quantitative skills with demonstrated financial modeling experience
• Healthcare experience strongly preferred
