Description: The coach shall be responsible for planning, managing and directing the entire 9-12 Basketball Cheer program. Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
Description: The coach shall be responsible for planning, managing and directing the entire 9-12 Basketball Cheer program. Specific shall include, but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Coaching the High School cheer team.
- Heading all aspects of the program including practicing and providing off-season improvement opportunities to include strength and conditioning and full usage of contact days
- Marketing and promoting the cheer program.
- Coaching, guiding, and providing feedback to student athletes.
- Managing a fiscally sound budget.
- Monitoring class schedules, grades and student-athlete academic progress, and intervening where appropriate.
