JoiningCraig Elementary School- Craig is a great place to work because they are a Zoom school and all staff members receive an additional 19 minutes of pay each day based on their current rate of pay. The school also provides prep buyouts for each licensed teacher to participate in weekly Tuesday PLC/data meetings.
Position Summary:
This role specifically is for Grade 3 Teacher but we also have teaching options in Pk through 12 throughout the Clark County School District.
Salary ranges from $50,115 to $101,251. You will be offered a $4,000 relocation reimbursement if you are moving from 100 miles from the Clark County School District. In addition Craig ES will be offering a new "Zen Den" program that will support students with their SEL needs and allow them to reset when they are experiencing life's challenges. They also have a new Data Room that will be used to discuss data and support instruction in the classroom. The principal has an open door policy and truly wants all staff to be successful. She has vast knowledge in the ELA and Math instruction and along with the administrative team and strategists, they are able to support all instructional needs.

Position Requirements:
Bachelor's degree.
Licenses and Certifications:
Before starting, you will need to acquire a teaching license issued by the Nevada Department of Education. Don't worry, we can assist you in walking through that. It is typically a 1 month process. You will also need to complete separate background checks with both the Clark County School District and the Nevada Department of Education which can take about 1-2 months.
When applying for a certificated licensed position, candidates must meet the minimum qualifications as listed on the appropriate position vacancy announcement.
