1St Shift Warehouse Worker

1st Shift Warehouse Worker/Put-away $15.50/hour

Mon-Fri 7am-3:30pm

$500 sign on bonus @ 90 days

Responsibilities:

• Put-a-way of finished goods or raw materials, pick finished goods and stage for orders, timely loading and unloading of trucks and support of cart management and production team as needed.
• Support and comply with all safety and quality policies and programs.
• Keeps all work areas clean, organized and clutter free.
• Performs other duties as assigned by leadership.
• Support, and comply with all company policies, procedures, and programs.
• ON TIME AND CONSISTENT ATTENDANCE A MUST!

Required Skills:

• Ability to follow multi-step directions.
• Attention to detail a must.
• Ability to work unsupervised at times.
• Must be a flexible, self-starter with a positive attitude.
• Must be able to sit, bend, twist, stoop, stand and walk for at least 3 hours at a stretch, over an 8-hour shift, with two (2) 15-minute breaks and one (1) 30-minute lunch.
• Must be comfortable using handheld, non-powered tools like tape guns or scanners.
• Must be comfortable using dock plates, carts and ladders.
• Must be able to lift, push and pull up to 50lbs.

Training Provided:

• Safety training – day one
• Use of automated case sealers and conveyers
• Safe staging, loading, and unloading techniques.
• Use of scanners may be required (as needed)
• PLM (optional or future date)
• SAP (optional or future date)
