AddressShipping/Receiving Clerk
Responsibilities:
1. Receive and verify inbound product against vendor packing list and internal purchase orders
2. Sort product by lot number and expiration date
3. Maintain reserve system in Microsoft Access to slot overstock product
4. Put product into correct bin
5. Keep the forward picking locations full
6. Wrap pallets with the assistance of automatic wrapping machine
7. Tag pallets for outbound shipments, including all necessary documents
8. Load trucks with forklift or pallet jack
9. Enter receiving documents into our operating system, Microsoft Dynamics GP
10. Able to create and maintain basic excel spreadsheets
Additional Responsibilities may include:
1. Picking orders
2. Packing and verifying orders
3. Ship orders via UPS Worldship
4. Create BOL’s for truck orders
5. Any other tasks, as needed
Requirements:
1. Able to stand/walk for most of your shift
2. Able to lift up to 40 lbs.
3. Forklift Certified
4. Basic skills in Microsoft Outlook and Excel
5. Willing to train in all other areas of the warehouse

This is a first shift position, working hours are 8:00am – 4:30pm Monday through Friday. The person in this position may need to stay a little longer if the trucks coming to pick up are running late. Average overtime is 0 min – 1 hour per week.
