Triple Cities Metal Finishing provides a wide variety of surface finishing options to a multitude of industries including aerospace, agricultural, automotive, computer, electronics, household, industrial, medical, military, construction, and office parts.
Since 1945, TCMF has made innovative, as well as necessary changes in the way we conduct everyday business. From advanced surface preparation to highly technical finishing processes, we can handle the smallest pieces to large parts over 30 feet long.
Our three shifts of skilled professionals in our 125,000 square foot facility have made us the vendor of choice for metal finishing for Northeastern United States. Whether it is electroplating, electroless plating, wet paint, or powder coat, we finish it right the first time!

- Oversee shift operations
- Develop and continuously improve teams' performance in production, quality, and safety
- Make decisions independently related to operations
- Ensure effective communication by relaying information between shift managers
- Ensure compliance with company policies. Report violations or other concerns promptly to Human Resources
- Arrive before the shift and stay after the shift, as necessary, to ensure proper communication and coordination between shifts
- Resolve problems and related production difficulties in an efficient and timely manner
- Delegate job duties
- Inspect jobs to ensure that packing and quality specifications are met
SCHEDULE:
- Monday-Friday from 6:30am-4:00pm
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- 2 years MINIMUM of management experience
- Strong written and oral communication and conflict resolution skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to inspire and motivate employees
- Ability to quickly solve problems
