Form of work1st SHIFT EXPORT ACCOUNTING CLERK
HOURS:
- 07:00am to 3:00pm, flexible as needed
- Saturdays as required & Sunday’s as needed
POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Receive, monitor, and process export documentation
- Work closely with USDA
- Ensure export data is completed and under compliance & preparing USDA documents for inspection
- Make export labels for shipments
- Manage data for shipments
- Prepare reports
- Answer phone calls as needed
- Attend all meetings as scheduled
- Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required
- Previous accounting and office experience preferred
- 10-key and computer skills required
- Strong organizational skills
- Great communication skills - written and verbal including phone etiquette
- Good work history including attendance
- Team player among all shifts
