Job Description:
As a 1st Shift Bakery Production Assistant at Michele’s Granola, you are a key member of our Production Team. The primary role of each Production Team Member is to properly produce several different recipes of granola cereal in small batches from scratch. The Bakery Production Assistant will be expected to work with Production Managers and other team members to increase productivity while maintaining the consistent high-quality of this handmade product.
As part of our small-batch granola production line, you will have clearly defined tasks to complete during the daily production shift. The position involves standing for extended periods of time, repetitive motion, moving at a steady pace, and lifting up to 50lbs. You will have opening and closing cleaning duties including, but not limited to, sanitizing all work surfaces, sweeping, mopping and dish washing.

Measuring and mixing raw materials according to recipe specifications
Weighing granola onto sheet pans according to recipe specifications
Spreading granola across sheet pans according to recipe specifications
