Responsibilities:
Key Responsibilities:
Operate stand-up forklift machinery to load, unload, move and stack pallets, boxes, crates and other materials
Carefully maneuver forklift through narrow aisles and tight spaces within the warehouse
Ensure loads are properly secured and stable before transport
Verify pick orders and accurately select correct products/materials for orders
Operate cherry picker/lift equipment to retrieve products from high shelving up to 30 feet
Properly wear safety harnesses and follow procedures when operating lifts
Follow all safety protocols, policies and procedures related to machinery operation
Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance issues
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Assist with general warehouse labor duties as needed
1st shift working hours: 7:00AM - 4:30PM Monday - Friday with OT hours 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM as needed with potential Saturday OT.
2nd shift working hours: 4:00PM - 2:30AM Monday - Friday with OT hours 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM as needed with potential Saturday OT.

Ability to operate machinery and equipment safely in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Good spatial awareness and maneuvering abilities
Comfortable with heights and able to work while harnessed
Able to follow all safety regulations and guidelines
Able to work individually and as part of a team
Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Valid forklift operator and cherry picker/lift equipment experience
Minimum of 1 year experience operating stand-up forklifts and lifts in a warehouse
