Job Description: We are currently seeking dedicated and compassionate Home Health Aides to join our team. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals who require assistance with daily living activities.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
• Providing companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Assisting with mobility and transfer activities.
• Monitoring and reporting changes in the client's health status.
• Assisting with light housekeeping and meal preparation.
• Following care plans and maintaining accurate documentation.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience as a home-health aide.
• Current CPR and First Aid certifications.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide.
• Certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA).
