$18.55/Hr Plus Bonuses ! Companion/Caregiver--Sub List

Job Description:

We are seeking compassionate and reliable companion caregivers to provide companionship and assistance to seniors living in their homes on a case-by-case, call-in basis. The ideal candidates will have a passion for helping others and a commitment to providing high-quality care. Take only the shifts you want, in the towns you prefer! Bonuses and incentives offered to candidates who take shifts consistently.

*Applicants will be onboarded and added to payroll just like a regular employee and will opt in to a sub-list in preferred towns. When shifts open up, subs on that list can claim hours at a rate of $18.55/hr plus bonuses.

Currently, we have clients in Rushville, Geneva, Shortsville, Phelps, Webster, Ontario, Manchester, Farmington, Clifton Springs, Canandaigua, Palmyra, Honeoye, Geneseo, and North Rose, NY seeking part-time to full-time availability.

Responsibilities:

· Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

· Assist with daily activities, such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, and running errands.

· Help clients with mobility and personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.

· Monitor clients’ health and well-being and report any changes to a supervisor.

· Encourage and engage clients in activities that promote socialization and mental stimulation.

· Maintain accurate records of clients' care and communicate regularly with the management team.

Qualifications:

· High School diploma or equivalent

· 1 year of experience in companion care or a related field

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Compassionate and patient personality

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

Compensation: $18.55/hr
