Job Title: Consumer Affairs Representative (Customer Support)
Location:
- Venice, FL
- Employees will be expected to work onsite for the first 3-6 months
- Flexibility to work remotely based on performance
Start Date: December 11th
Pay rate: $18.15/hr (Paid Weekly!)
Schedule Availability:
- Full time schedule will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
- Hours of Operations: 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description/Responsibilities:
- Receives inquiries from consumers, contractors, dealers, architects, insurance companies, building departments
- Communicate with customers via ORM digital tools (Agorapulse, Conversion.ai, ORM workbook).
- Researches, resolves and follows-up on consumer complaints by acting as liaison with other departments
- Including Field Service, Marketing, Sales, Manufacturing, Shipping and Quality Systems
- Maintains case records of consumer inquiries to provide necessary data to analyze the interests, concerns and issues of consumers
- Understand search engine behavior, social media, forums, blogs, ratings and reviews, etc. Track and monitor brand specific conversations and mentions on social media.
Requirements:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook)
- Requires in-depth understanding of:
- Competency in utilization of ERP Systems, products and department tools
- Customer Care Processes and Procedures
- Conflict Management
- Online Reputation Management
