Job Summary
We are seeking positive, experienced individuals to join our team! Shift Leaders are responsible for supporting management in performing the daily operations of the restaurant in accordance with brand and franchise standards, engaging with guests and employees, assuming responsibility for the restaurant as required to provide managerial coverage.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
· Reliably and punctually support the manager in daily operations and financial responsibility, striving towards excellence
· Maintain an elevated level of focus on 100% Guest Satisfaction through exceptional service
· Ensure crew adherence to all company policies and procedures including but not limited to food safety and cleanliness, product promotions, cash handling, cell phone usage, uniforms, and attendance
· Ensure adherence to crew shift schedule to manage payroll; deploy team members appropriately throughout the shift, communicate crew responsibilities
· Coach and train the crew as directed by management; provide feedback to management and crew
· Perform as a member of the crew in food production, guest service, store cleanliness and organization; Participate in store level preventative maintenance of all equipment and machines
· Assume assigned management duties as required; provide opening, closing, weekend and vacation coverage
