Job Description
We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Office Administration Associate to assist in our Distribution Center. This Associate will be instrumental in providing office related assistance to ensure product and supplies arrive at our stores in a correct and timely manner. You will demonstrate excellent communication and office skills in a solution-oriented manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Read and respond to emails
- Process incoming mail
- Process paperwork to accounting in a timely manner
- Receive and check in merchandise
- Allocate backstock to stores as needed
- Create new product matrices in Lightspeed
- Create purchase orders in Lightspeed
- Accurately tag product
- Inventory reconciliation
- Maintain inventory systems
- Provide support to 9 stores
- Manage returns to vendors
- Manage transfers and consolidations between stores
- Maintain records of purchase orders and returns

Job Type: Part-time
Salary: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
