Marketing and Sales
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for localizing training materials for the country- Responsible for developing DJI ambassador network at channel partners- Responsible for planning / execution of channel partner and enduser trainings across the country- Responsible for supporting local events, trade fairs, etc.- Confident training senior staff and carrier trainers/product specialists in groups of 5-50 people- To deliver best in class, innovative training, in person or digital- To work with the Sales Team, tailoring each training session to the partners requirements- Build and maintain relationships with a defined list of retail partners in home markets to trial store training techniques, and report back on the success and efficiencie- Collect, report and analyse feedback from training sessions, using reporting tools to create daily and weekly reports that can be shared with the internal team- Communicate the brand’s sales and marketing initiatives- Responsible for the relationship with partner and local sales and marketing team- Connect closely with headquarters to stay up-to-date on full product line knowledge- Represent the brand with the highest level of professionalism, expertise and enthusiasm
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and French is essential (written and verbal)- 3+ years of experience in retail/training preferably with a training and development background- A passion for tech / drones / photo and video camera systems- Rich interest and insights in consumer electronic market and consumer behavior.- Expert in DJI drones, APPs, clipping with more than 5-years experience of drone shooting- Outgoing and engaging personality – you can (and enjoy) talking to anyone- Exceptional communication skills – both oral and written- Outstanding organizational skills and ability to put together project plans- Flexible and adaptable; able to manage shifting priorities as projects evolve- Proficiency with MS Office products, email and online productivity tools- Travel in line with business needs- BA/BS Degree in Business, Marketing, and/or other relevant areas desirable but not essential
