Competitive rates:
12 - 16 ft Box Trucks (long miles, all areas): $1.30 - $1.70. Canada - 12 - 26 ft Box Trucks: $1.50 - $1.90.
18-26 ft Straight trucks $1.80 to $2.50 for long miles, $1.60 to $1.80 for specific areas like CA, FL, ME, for Canada from $2.50 to $3.00
Personalized loads. We ask you in detail what kinds of loads you prefer and only offer you loads you will be interested in - this way saving a lot of time for you

Hello, guys! We are hiring Cargo Van and Sprinter Van owner-operators for our company VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER. We work within an independent contract agreement and offer very competitive rates. You can always negotiate the rate with our dispatchers as well. If you are interested, please, feel free to consider our requirements below;
Basic Requirements:
- You should have your own vehicle (12-16 ft Box truck / 18-26 ft Straight truck).
- Be: a US citizen, resident, green card or work authorization holder.
- You and your drivers should be at least 21 years of age.
- You and your drivers should speak, understand, and read basic English. We also hire Russian speakers.
- All drivers should be approved, accepted, and registered with VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER to accept a load from the company.
- VICTORIA LOGISTICS CARRIER does not hire company drivers. You are submitting the application to execute a written independent contractor agreement as an owner-operator.
Vehicle Requirements:
- 12-16 ft Box truck should not be older than 2014 / 18-26 ft Straight truck should not be older than 2005
- All vehicles should have a minimum of 4 straps and PPE.
- All decals should be removed.
- If you make any changes to your vehicle, you should inform us before putting the vehicle on the road. You must also send the registration and insurance for the vehicle.
- Driving experience of 6 months.
Minimum average monthly salary: $8,000 and more (It depends on the vehicle, willingness to work, payload, Hazmat certificate, TSA/TWIC).
