- Experience in Virtual Power Plant operations, or implementations
- Proficiency in managing Demand Response programs, especially in the context of residential customers and their participation – "behind-the-meter”
- Comprehensive knowledge of the technologies involved in Virtual Power Plants and Demand Response initiatives
Responsibilities:
- Write stories and transforms visions into actionable stories
- Gains an in-depth understanding of the needs of customers, workers, and users
- Familiarizes with and comprehends the business's operational processes and guidelines
- Authors detailed functional specifications, user stories, and product documentation
- Works in tandem with developers, designers, and analysts from various teams to bring new products and features to fruition
- Coordinates with the Tech Lead and Solution Architect to ensure that the proposed technical solutions and overall architecture meet the business goals and requirements of the project
- Engages in strategic planning, decision-making, execution, and performance evaluation with the wider organization
- Acts as the product's liaison to business stakeholders, fostering strong relationships with them
