Youth / Children's Pastor

```Job Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Youth Pastor to join our church community. The Youth Pastor will be responsible for providing spiritual guidance, mentorship, and support to our youth members. This role requires leadership skills, the ability to communicate effectively, and an understanding of Christian values.

Duties:
- Develop and implement engaging programs and activities for youth members
- Provide pastoral care and support to youth members, including bereavement support and crisis intervention
- Teach and educate youth members on Christian principles and values
- Lead and facilitate youth group meetings
- Mentor and guide youth members in their spiritual growth and personal development
- Assist in planning and organizing special events, retreats, and mission trips
- Collaborate with other church leaders to integrate youth ministry into the overall Nazarene church community
- Manage conflicts within the youth group and promote conflict resolution skills
- Write devotionals specifically tailored for the youth audience

Skills:
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to inspire and motivate youth members
- Communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and teach youth members effectively
- Mentoring skills to guide young individuals in their spiritual journey

Pay: $6,000.00 - $8,000.00 per year
