MyStory: MyStory specializes in transforming life stories into bestselling books on Amazon and
Barnes & Noble. We provide clients with a comprehensive one-stop shop for writing, editing, publishing, designing, and marketing their books. Additionally, we offer services such as creating author websites, professional photography, and booking our authors on podcasts. Our mission is to share the stories of our clients with the world.

Position: Production Associate

Job Description: The Production Associate will be responsible for the following responsibilities:

1. Attend and record book interview appointments scheduled on the calendar via Google
Meets.

2. Attend and record free trial interview appointments scheduled on the calendar via Google
Meets.

3. Text and call customers upon receiving notifications of their onboarding.
4. Create outlines for clients' books in their initial book interview meetings.
5. Coordinate with other members of the production team to fulfill customer obligations.
6. Deliver edited transcripts to our writing team to produce manuscripts.
7. Deliver completed manuscripts to clients for revisions.
8. Implement customer revisions as suggested directly on Google Docs.
9. Assist the sales team in selling new services and offers to existing clients.
10. Report instances of customer dissatisfaction and complaints.
11. Attend weekly meetings with the Production Team Lead to review performance.
12. Working hours: 9 AM to 5 PM CST on weekdays.
13. Weekend availability required: Limited calendar availability on weekends between 11

AM and 2 PM CT on Saturday and Sunday.
14. Employment status: Full-time.
15. Employment type: Permanent member of our team.

Compensation: The Production Associate will receive a base salary of $62,500 paid bi-weekly.

Prerequisites: Candidates must have the following qualifications to be considered:
1. Native & Fluent in English.
2. Availability during the stated hours.
3. Positive attitude.

4. High-speed internet connection.
5. Quiet working environment to attend calls.
6. Willing to provide references upon request.
