Resurrection Church is a brand new church plant in Springfield, MO and we are seeking a talented and passionate Worship Leader to join our team. As a Worship Leader, you will have the opportunity to lead our congregation in worship through music and create a meaningful and uplifting experience for all attendees.
```Responsibilities```
- Plan and lead worship services, including selecting songs, coordinating with musicians, and preparing worship sets
- Lead rehearsals and provide guidance to musicians and vocalists
- Create an engaging and dynamic worship experience that encourages participation and connection
- Foster an atmosphere of worship that is inclusive and welcoming to all members of the congregation
- Collaborate with the pastor and other church leaders to align the worship service with the overall vision and mission of the church
- Stay current with new worship songs, trends, and resources to continually enhance the worship experience
```Qualifications```
- Strong musical abilities, including proficiency in playing an instrument (e.g., guitar, piano) and leading vocals
- Experience leading worship in a church or similar setting
- Knowledge of various worship styles and ability to adapt to different musical genres
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to educate and mentor musicians and vocalists to enhance their skills
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and motivate others
