Aon is looking for a Risk Administrator / Coordinator

Risk Administrative Analyst/Administrative Assistant:

  • Perform responsible administrative work and routine administrative duties:
  • Data input and uploads

Tymetrix’s & DMS – Claim information.

GB & Risk Portal – Claim information and ensure closed out

Risk Portal – Locations, Exposure, etc.

LineSlip – Insurance Documentation

Evident – Owner Insurance Documentation

 PC365 – Providers, Users, etc.

  • Department Meetings/Plannings

Schedule, coordinate and administration:

  • Renewal Meetings
  • Department Meetings
  • Vendor Meetings
  • Cross functional Team Meetings
  • Field Meetings
  • Fire life safety audits
  • SMOR’s
  • Claim Visits
  • Renewal Hotel Visits
  • Assist and respond to Service Now requests.
  • Process all department signatures needed to manage insurance and claims programs via online software or wet signature.
  • Notarize department documents (claims, applications, etc.)
  • Department project support.

Insurance Summaries

Legal paperwork

Gather discovery requests.

The salary range for this position is $60,000 to $75,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location.

This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
