Responsibilities:
- Implementation Leadership: Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Workday Recruit, ensuring seamless integration with existing HR systems and processes.
- Configuration and Customization: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Workday Recruit to configure and customize the platform to meet the organization's unique talent acquisition needs.
- System Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize Workday Recruit functionality, collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance recruitment processes and efficiency.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the go-to authority on Workday Recruit, providing expert guidance to HR and recruitment teams, ensuring best practices are followed.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with key stakeholders, including HR, IT, and business leaders, to understand requirements, provide insights, and deliver solutions aligned with organizational goals.
- User Training: Develop and conduct training sessions for end-users, ensuring effective utilization of Workday Recruit features and functionalities.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Act as the primary point of contact for issue resolution, offering timely support and troubleshooting for Workday Recruit-related concerns.
- Stay Informed: Stay abreast of industry trends, updates, and Workday releases to recommend and implement new features that align with organizational objectives.
- Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to Workday Recruit configurations, processes, and best practices.
- Collaboration with Workday Partners: Engage with Workday partners as needed for system updates, issue resolution, and staying current with the latest Workday Recruit capabilities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Workday Recruit Subject Matter Expert with hands-on implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes, talent acquisition strategies, and HR technology.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Experience leading end-to-end implementation projects and managing stakeholders.
- Workday Recruit certification is highly desirable.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to evolving business needs.
