Woocommerce Ecommerce Store Manager

We're looking for someone to manage the back office of our ecommerce site, WoodstockVitamins.com.

The primary purpose of the role, and main responsibility, is the functionality and shopability of the site. A distant second priority will be improving traffic, marketing, and other sales-related initiatives. But, it must be understood: we need someone to make sure our site works as intended, efficiently, and is analyzing the user experience to improve shopability, product findability, and improve conversions on page.

```Duties:```
- Manage and optimize the company's e-commerce platforms, including website and mobile app
- Oversee product listings, pricing, and promotions on e-commerce platforms
- Ensure a user-friendly online shopping experience by continuously improving website functionality and design
- Monitor and analyze website traffic, sales performance, and customer behavior to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of e-commerce initiatives with other business functions
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging trends in e-commerce

```Requirements:```
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in e-commerce management or related roles
- Strong understanding of retail math and analytics
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as data analysis, reporting, and inventory management
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
- Familiarity with retail management systems and e-commerce platforms
- Ability to recruit, train, and manage a team of e-commerce professionals

Job Types: Part-time, Contract
