Window, Door, Roofing, and Siding Crews needed in the Hampton Roads metropolitan area (including Southside, Peninsula, and Williamsburg). 

If you are a licensed and insured residential window, door, roofing, and/or siding installer, consider a partnership with Thompson Creek Window Company as a certified installation crew.

Here is what we provide:

• Consistent work year-round up with optional 6-day work week

• Competitive pay scales with our average crew pay of $390,000 with 500 jobs per year. Top crews earn $775,000 a year and run more than 800 jobs per year.

• Installation crews are paid every Friday morning.

• Materials custom-measured by our project management staff for each project and ready for pick up for each installation in our one stop shop

• Dumpsters for old windows/doors at the facility for next morning disposal at no charge

• Support from a Thompson Creek Project Manager to address any issues on the job site

Required Skills and Responsibilities:

• At least one year of experience with the installation of residential replacement windows

• Own at least 1 truck and proper tools, including an aluminum brake

• Proper insurance and licensing

• Employ a crew

• Craftsmanship coupled with top notch customer service skills

• An articulate and professional demeanor
