Weight Loss Counselor

We are looking for a passionate Weight Loss Counselor (WLC) to join our team and help our patients make meaningful progress on their weight-loss journeys. With experience in health coaching, nutrition, or related fields, this person will bring knowledge, enthusiasm and an inspirational attitude to the role - elevating patient morale with high personal energy and motivation. Through personalized programs and individual attention, this counselor will have the opportunity to provide invaluable guidance and assistance as they aid each patient in realizing their own potential and attaining their desired goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Managing all patient metrics, including but not limited to: Body Mass Index (BMI), Body Fat Percentage (BF%), Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR), Waist Circumference, Water Balance, and Ketone Levels, using provided resources.

• Motivating and holding patients accountable during their wellness journey.

• Tracking, monitoring, and discussing all patient needs, goals, and obstacles.

• Administering intramuscular injections (Training provided).

• Managing quota for products, services, and patient sessions serviced.

• Capturing patient before & after pictures.

• Learning all Options trademark programs.

• Instructing patients on how to self-administer subcutaneous injections (Training provided).

• Must be willing to work Saturdays.

DESIRED SKILLS:

• Motivational, inspirational and a positive attitude.

• Competent with computers and phone systems.

• Comfortable with quotas and goals.

• High personal energy and enthusiasm for helping people.

EDUCATION/ EXPERIENCE:

• Health Coach certification, or similar nutrition certification or nutritional degree (Required).

Diet and Nutritional Counseling experience (Preferred).
