Description
Client is seeking a Professional for Adobe Experience Manager, to author approved web site content for a diverse set of Client teams and brands. The Professional will lead discussions with Marketing business team members to provide feedback on content related to Search Engine Optimization (SEO) best practices. The Professional will monitor Search Engine Optimization performance and guide teams on future adjustments, and author approved changes.
The right candidate will be an effective communicator, have an eye for details and display an entrepreneurial work-ethic. Must be comfortable working with broad latitude to prioritize and manage ones own work while meeting deadlines.
This role will be focused on web site authoring using Adobe Experience Manager Assets, Sites and Forms. The role will have strong partnership with counterparts in the Digital who support Search Engine Optimization for other Client sites, to align all sites to SEO best practices. The role will work closely with the Adobe Experience Manager Senior Product Manager and Asset Managers from various Marketing teams.
The Professional will be part of the Marketing Technology platform team focused on the long-term success of Clients marketing and communication tools.
Responsibilities
Project Delivery: Delivers page authoring on time, on brand, and to the specifications provided.
Collaboration: Works with Marketing teams to recommend changes to content to better support authoring best practices, the brand, and/or SEO.
Platform Subject Matter Expert:
Is an expert at understanding how page authoring and SEO can impact page success.
Understands tools used to support SEO and can leverage those tools for implementation and analysis.
Performs ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyword opportunities
Researches and implements content recommendations for organic SEO success
Work with the AEM Senior Product Manager to ensure SEO best practices are properly implemented on newly developed AEM pages
Training and Documentation: Will develop documentation and provide end users training on page authoring and/or SEO best practices.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience
Experience implementing and/or managing daily operations for Adobe Experience Manager Sites or Adobe Experience Manager Forms.
Experience with AEM page authoring and creating page templates from established components.
Knowledge of and experience with search engine optimization (SEO).
Knowledge of ranking factors and search engine algorithms
Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
Demonstrated experience being seen as a key partner and experience enabler through strong relationship building
Superior organizational, time management, written & oral communication, and interpersonal skills.
Experience working with cross functional teams
Must have access to high-speed DSL or cable modem for a home office (satellite internet service is NOT allowed for this role); and a minimum internet connection speed of 10M x 1M
Preferred Qualifications
Scaled Agile project delivery experience
History of delivering digital experiences in Technical or Sales/Marketing roles
Work experience in a health care and / or insurance setting
