CTUIR MISSION STATEMENT
Exercise the Tribe?s sovereign authority to achieve the maximum protection of resources identified in the Treaty of 1855, to protect newly acquired lands wherein the Tribe has a vested interest, to protect the lands of all the citizens and residents of the Umatilla Indian Reservation. This position will protect human life, water, land, air, and wildlife by exercising professional skills and abilities in the protection of the resources of the Confederated Tribes of the Umatilla Indian Reservation.
GENERAL STATEMENT OF DUTIES
The Web Content Coordinator serves as the point person for customer support for multiple web sites and applications which provide data and information to decision makers within Tribal government and the Tribal community. The Web Content Coordinator will work closely with clients to meet their needs for information management. The Office of Information and Technology currently maintains multiple websites and web mapping applications for CTUIR as well as software for enterprise solutions such as financial software and Dynamics 365 CRM. This position will provide input for development of integrative solutions for information management. The Web Content Coordinator will provide training and develop documentation for users.
EXAMPLES OF ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide customer service with software solutions and respond to suggestions for modification or enhancements.
- Manage content on multiple web platforms.
- Understand the policies around sharing content to multiple member groups including the public, tribal members and government employees.
- Communicate recommendations and Participate in the development of web-based tools to enable decision makers to access to data and retrieve information.
- Develop training materials and lead training sessions in a computer lab for users.
- Responsible for communicating project tasks and deliverables which meet the goals and objectives of the clients.
- Must participate in meetings with the team and effectively communicate the needs of the users.
- Promote enterprise solutions for information management for the benefit of decision making and long term storage and retrieval of information.
- Responsible for providing performance reports for grant/contract work.

Position will have access to sensitive areas of the organization and the employee will be required to sign confidentiality statements as well as pass a police/FBI background check in order to work with their data. Additionally will be required to obtain High Security license with the Gaming Commission for access to data.
