Position: Web Analytics and Reporting Manager

FLSA: Exempt (not eligible for overtime in compliance with Federal, State, and Local regulations)

Pay Range: $70,000-90,000 annually*

Schedule: This full-time position will work on-site from the Augustine Institute home office in Greenwood Village, Colorado (Denver area).

Reporting to: Head of Marketing

Position Summary

The Web Analytics & Reporting Manager is responsible for leading the ministry-wide performance marketing and web analytics strategy supporting all product, content, digital, and corporate marketing initiatives. This includes leading our Google Analytics 4 migration, tag management & governance, and performance marketing efforts to ensure positive ROAS, ROI, and development of self-service reporting capabilities. In addition to analytics & performance marketing, this individual will also serve as the SME for consumer insights & business intelligence with a dedicated focus on understanding our customers and better serving them through marketing strategies. This individual will work to evaluate and identify trends and niches in the market and will be responsible for evaluating how well the supporting strategies and tactics used to tap into those trends and needs were executed. The ideal candidate will bring diverse experience that ranges from coaching entry-level employees and managing digital media campaigns to supporting executive leadership reporting and defining ROI, ROAS, and customer LTV & attribution.

The best candidate will bring a desire and passion for storytelling with data at every level of the organization. Experience with Salesforce, HubSpot, Google Analytics, Digital Media, and data visualization tools are required. The ability to influence people and transform an organization is a must! You will help grow, first and foremost, our new Amen prayer and meditation app, in addition to the Augustine Institute’s other offerings like FORMED, the Graduate School of Theology, and charitable giving. By reaching Catholics with the right message at the right time in their faith journey, you will help them grow in their faith as they continue to engage with the Augustine Institute.

  • Work with cross-functional peers to assess consumer insights, marketing performance, and digital strategy to define objectives and KPIs around core marketing activities.
  • Monitor campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and enhancement to accomplish system-wide goals.
  • Develop personas and use a variety of channels and media types to enable marketing channel SME’s to cultivate leads into new customers.
  • Look at holistic data on leads and customers to evaluate successful strategies and areas for improvement/growth.
  • Develop standardized reporting (quarterly, annually, etc.) process and metrics that keep goals, objectives and performance highly visible for stakeholders across the enterprise.
  • Works with Analytics and Technology to build systems to transform raw data into actionable business insights
  • Evaluate the impact of marketing programs in achieving their stated objectives, including impact on lead flow, LTV and retention
  • Serve as the in-house subject matter expert for all web analytics, tag governance, and performance marketing objectives

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of related professional data analytics experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.

Necessary Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Demonstrated technical aptitude with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Data Visualization (Tableau, Datorama, Data Studio, SuperMetrics), Digital Media, Performance Marketing
  • HTML and Python expertise
  • Highly organized and process-driven, with excellent project management skills.
  • An understanding of the Catholic Church, general knowledge of diocesan organization and operations, and possesses deep empathy for Catholic users of Augustine Institute products
  • Experience working with Windows operating systems and MS Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Exceptional time management skills and ability to define and achieve outcomes that meet or exceed the organization’s goals
