INTERVIEW SHOW: 9:00 AM MST SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 11th, 2023
Water Transfer Operators
Location: Carlsbad, NM
The essential job functions include, but are not limited to:
- Laying and picking up poly lines, lay flat hoses, running transfer pumps, and essential equipment for water transfer operations.
- Loading and unloading pipe, field materials, and equipment onto trailers and trucks for safe transport.
- Observe machine operations and gauges and adjust controls to maintain specified conditions.
- Setting and servicing pumps and generators at job sites.
- Following all safety procedures and using proper PPE per specific job tasks.
- Assist in containment and spill clean-ups.
- Communicating with other workers using signals, radios, and telephones.
- Using standard hand and power tools, such as hammers, hoists, saws, drills, and wrenches.
- Driving trucks and other vehicles to transport equipment and personnel and perform job tasks.
- Attending and completing training as directed for DOT, OSHA, and safety.
Requirements:
- Must have one (1) of the following experiences:
- Direct Water Transfer or Water Treatment experience.
- City and/or County Water Service experience.
- Hydraulic Fracturing experience.
- Roustabout Hands must have some frac experience.
- Possess outstanding organizational and time management skills.
- Must be detail-oriented due to the necessity of safety.
- Must possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Able to thrive in a team environment.
- Knowledge of relevant equipment, policies, procedures, and strategies to promote the effective local, state, or national security operations to protect people, data, property, and institutions.
- Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, repair, and maintenance.
Compensation:
- Hourly, Depending on the interview and previous experience.
- Discretionary Bonuses (merit-based).

Schedule:
- Currently, working 3 weeks on, with 3-5 days off.
- Working on going to a 3-week on, 1 week off.
- Need more staff to go to a 21/7 schedule.
- 24/7 operation, day and night work.
- Flip-flop day and night every hitch.
- 90-100 hours per week (14-hour days).
- Payroll: Monday thru Sunday (bi-weekly).
