Job Summary:

Radius Gate & Fence Company is seeking a highly motivated and organized Warehouse/Shop Associate to join our team. This position will serve as the the key intermediary between our sales team and the operations team. Pulling orders, running parts around from distributors to job sites, organizing our yards, and cleaning our warehouse areas are the priorities covered by this position. The successful candidate will be coachable, have strong problem-solving skills, and a desire to learn and grow with our company.

Responsibilities:

- Organize and Pull Materials orders for upcoming projects
- Ability to familiarize different products and materials
- Pickup materials orders for Special Orders/Deliver as needed
- Keep shop clean / Keep yards clean
- Flexibility to learn and assist in small repairs / jobs in the Field
- Report inventory to Management team as needed
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers as necessary
- Perform other warehouse technician tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

- Valid Driver's License and Ability to pass a background check
- Fork lift certified or extremely competent
- Proficient with electronics such as ipads/computers
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment

- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
