Job Responsibilities:
- Shift 9:30am - 6:00pm M-F
- Complete opening procedures daily.
- Responsible for safe operation and daily check of EWS warehouse vehicle and any EWS vehicle used.
- Ensure protection of all warehoused material and equipment from unauthorized personnel and outside elements.
- Pickup and accurately scrub carrier BOMs.
- Pickup and accurately scrub vendor material including anything dropped off at EWS location (FEDEX, UPS, Freight companies).
- Properly label all material in warehouse for accurate and speedy accessibility.
- Maintain the utmost professionalism while representing EWS.
- Relaying any pertinent information to EWS Warehouse Supervisor (Controller in absence of Warehouse Supervisor)
- Use Microsoft Teams and Planner as references for daily workflow.
- Diligently check email for any needed information and potential changes.
- Fill parts carts accurately and update them for the procurement specialist ordering process.
- Release requested carrier BOMs to CX/DAS crews, obtain a signature from them confirming the transfer of materials.
- Complete closing procedures daily, including End of Day communication to the Warehouse and Procurement Teams and warehouse cleanup/organization.
