Warehouse Tech - Dallas

Day Shift - 5 day Workweek
(Scheduled Saturdays will have Weekday off)

Lights Fantastic Pro in Dallas is seeking an Experienced Warehouse Tech to help us build and expand upon our strong product line. In this important role, you will be responsible for:

• Safely carrying out day-to-day operations of the warehouse
• Unloading trucks & receiving in products
• General material handling
• Pulling orders
• Loading trucks & customer vehicles
• Handling "Will call"
• Inventory cycle counts & annual inventory

Days/Hours (5 days/wk) are generally Monday - Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. & Saturday 10 a.m. - 4 p.m. (Note: For scheduled Saturdays, a week day will be the scheduled off instead).Some overtime may be required - mandatory weekend work during annual inventory preparation and counting.

Do you have what it takes? (Aka: Skills & Requirements)

• 2+ years warehouse/shipping or related experience
• Forklift certification (or equivalent experience to be certified)
• Excellent dependability/reliability (good attendance is required)
• Ability to speak & read English (material orders, shipping orders, communications, etc.)
• Ability to use good judgement and take initiative
• Strong organizational skills
• Computer skills to enter and review data, write emails, etc.
• Willingness to assist wherever needed
• Must be able to work in a non-air conditioned warehouse environment (exposure to heat, cold, dust, etc.)
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds
• Visual acuity required to safely drive forklift, operate machinery, read computer screens, written documents, inspect materials, products, etc.
