Responsible to train all new employees from several departments. This includes learning all details from our WMS software & becoming familiar will all warehouse processes & warehouse flow to have the ability to properly & clearly train other employees. Ideal candidate is someone who is motivated, enjoys working with other people & is looking to grow with the company.
Qualifications:
· Must be charismatic & possess the ability to patiently train employees
· Have a clear speech & ability to explain things well
· Bilingual – English/Spanish
· Extremely detail oriented
· Structured to Strictly follow SOP’s
· Strong communication skills
· Team player
· Basic computer skills
Experience:
· Basic warehouse experience- picking/packing/inventory management
· Has worked with a team In the past
· Basic WMS experience
· Has trained people in a warehouse environment in the past
Physical Requirements:
- Required to use hands to finger, handle or feel, reach with hands and arms and talk or hear
- Must be able to up to 20lbs, sit and stand for extended periods of time, use stairs, reach, twist, bend, stretch, climb, and walk
