Job Description
Warehouse Support uses manual counting and technology, maintaining accurate storage data and conducts product shipping and receiving tasks. Follows company standards of safety, security, and productivity while maintaining the warehouse in a client-ready condition.
SHIFT & SCHEDULE: (DAYS) 7:30AM - 4:30PM | MONDAY - FRIDAY
PAY RATE: $21/HOUR
RESPONSIBILITIES- Always maintains a professional attitude and appearance
- Maintains a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Accurately tracks and records time spent on main tasks & total hours worked
- Accurately completes necessary paperwork for data entry and inventory counting and/or adjustment
- Prepare and store product in a safe and organized manner
- Support and accurately report physical inventories
- Shipping/Receiving and loading/unloading product in an efficient and safe manner
- Diligently and thoroughly inspect all received products for damage & take necessary action to report damaged products
- Report and assist in correction of any observed quality/safety-related issues
- Support order picking process accurately and safely
- Proficient & safe operation of all material handling equipment
- Support Supervisor for all warehouse development, improvements, and expansion service capabilities (training of new hires, development & maintenance in performance metrics)
- Support Field Operations
- Effective and professional communication (written & verbal) amongst all levels of internal and external departments
- Speaks clearly and persuasively in all situations
- Listens and asks for clarification, and communicates information clearly
- Daily use of hand and power tools
- Minimum of 2 years equivalent experience
- Valid WA Driver's License
- Reliable transportation
- Authorized to work in the US
- High school diploma preferred
- Able to fully pass background check & drug screening
- Must be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 35 lbs, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 lbs, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 lbs with assistance
