Warehouse Operations at Curated
As our organization grows, we're seeking a Warehouse Ops expert to ensure that inventory moves seamlessly from our brand partners, to our warehouse, and finally to our customers. This is a high leverage role in which you will collaborate with diverse stakeholders and proactively craft best-in-class operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with our 3PL partner to ensure timely and accurate receipt, storage, and shipment of products
- Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure that warehouse operations are meeting or exceeding established goals
- Analyze warehouse data to identify areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including logistics, supply chain, and operations, to implement process improvements.
- Continuously evaluate and improve the warehouse operation to meet customer needs and improve efficiency.
- Monitor our suppliers' shipping practices to track shipping compliance rates against our standards and provide recommendations to improve inventory compliance rates
- Develop and implement solutions to address identified issues and improve warehouse efficiency and accuracy.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics and communicate progress to stakeholders.
- Identify and recommend new technologies and tools to improve warehouse operations and efficiency.
- Train and educate warehouse personnel on new processes and procedures to ensure successful implementation.
- Work cross-functionally with Inventory Operations, Category Managers, Planning, Product and Business Development to improve operational activities
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or an analytical field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in warehouse operations/3PL management preferably in an e-commerce environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Strong knowledge of inbound, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes.
- Proven track record of setting up, improving and/or managing warehouse operation
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and 3PL partners.
- Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced Excel skills, SQL/Looker is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Note: This role requires monthly travel to our warehouse facilities.
