Warehouse Manager

Job Summary:
This position is responsible for managing the inventory of our warehouses, coordinating shipping and receiving, optimizing warehouse layout, and supervising warehouse staff. The Warehouse Manager will play a critical role in maintaining efficient operations.

Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:
   • Help create inventory control procedures to ensure accurate stock levels, protection of stored assets, and safe delivery to locations.
   • Assist in conducting regular inventory counts for Hall of Flame and the Warehouse entity.
   • Help monitor inventory turnover and optimize stock levels to minimize excess or shortage.
2. Shipping and Receiving:
   • Coordinate incoming and outgoing rental shipments to restaurants.
   • Support order fulfillment for ecommerce orders through our Hall of Flame business, and Goode Co Grocer business. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders our customers.
   • Oversee loading and unloading of goods, ensuring proper handling and documentation.
3. Warehouse Organization:
   • Design and maintain an efficient warehouse layout.
   • Implement best practices for storage, labeling, and organization of inventory.
   • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and orderly warehouse environment.
4. Staff Supervision:
   • Recruit, train, and supervise warehouse personnel.
   • Delegate tasks and responsibilities effectively to ensure smooth operations.
5. Process Improvement:
   • Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost savings.
   • Implement measures to increase efficiency and productivity.
   • Collaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and resolve issues.
6. Reporting and Documentation:
   • Maintain accurate records of transactions and inventory movements.
   • Analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions.

Requirements:

• The ability to speak Spanish and English is extremely beneficial.
• Proven experience in warehouse management or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management principles and best practices.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills. Needs to respond to e-mail and phone inquiries quickly.
• Forklift certification (preferred).
• Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
• Must be able to lift up and move up to 55 lbs.
