Form of workOur Pennington Seed Garden Distribution Division is searching for an experienced Warehouse Laborer in our Cullman, Alabama location. This position requires qualified candidates to be safety conscious and able to perform required functions in a productive manner, working with tight schedules and deadlines.
MEASURE OF SUCCESS
- Outbound - Safely, accurately, and efficiently pick, pack, label, and stage outbound orders.
- Inbound - Safely, accurately, and efficiently pack, label, placard and stage product being received.
- Communication - Communicate any issues that affect warehouse production safety, accuracy, and efficiency to warehouse manager or lead person.
- Clean - Maintain a clean work environment.
- Able to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
IDEAL CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. occasionally and 20 - 30 lbs. frequently.
- Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
- Frequent stooping, squatting, overhead lifting, and walking.
- Work Overtime and weekends as required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Full-time position in a warehouse distribution facility.
- Must be able to work in a non-climate-controlled environment.
