ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Assist with set up of station with supplies.
Read work orders and perform work as assigned by the supervisor.
Troubleshoot printing issues associated with the printing shipping labels.
Inspect and examine the printed images for clarity, accuracy to artwork, conformance to specifications, etc.
Recommend process improvements and work with management to implement approved changes.
Examine and assume responsibility for work orders in order to meet production requirements/quality / details.
Responsible for compiling orders to the ensure no mistakes.
Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
Achieve position and departmental objectives outlined throughout the year.

QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
First and foremost, we love animals and so should you.
Must have the ability to tell a good dad joke and laugh at ours.
Must have the desire to dance when a good song comes on.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Computer skills are preferred.
Fulfillment experience preferred but not required.
Ability to manage high volume production with high accuracy.
Ability to learn, reference and retain product specific information as it pertains to the
position.
Attention to detail-Ability to follow detailed instructions.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume production setting.
Detail oriented, good communication skills and a "can do" attitude.
Must have reliable transportation to report to work timely.
WORKING CONDITIONS / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS / FLSA STATUS
Indoor, warehouse environment that is safe, clean and uses state-of-the-art equipment.
The warehouse noise level is moderately loud to loud.
Must be able to stand for long periods of time while simultaneously working on the pad printing machines. Must be able to lift/ and or move up to 50 lbs. without assistance.
Full-time/ Non-Exempt (Hourly).
Comfortable standing for 8 hours
Ability to work weekends and holidays if needed.
