Job Summary:
We are looking for an organized and motivated Warehouse Coordinator to join our facility. The Warehouse Coordinator will be responsible for ensuring inventory is processed and organized. The ideal candidate is comfortable working on their feet, focused on meeting quotas, and experienced in inventory management, software, and databases.
Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse inventory and maintain database and clerical duties as needed.
- Collaborate and work closely with management on developing, managing, and executing operational processes and tasks supporting day-to-day activities.
- Process and return telecommunications equipment using various client platforms.
- Process finance-related requests as needed.
Education and Experience:
- Valid driver’s license required.
- 2 years minimum of work experience in a warehouse required.
- Experience with trailers/equipment preferred.
Skills and Abilities Required:
- General knowledge and experience in construction field preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in relevant computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Basic understanding of or ability to quickly learn company product codes and terminology.
- Thorough understanding of warehouse policies and procedures.
- Good analytical skills and ability to make sound judgments relative to inventory.
- Physically able to lift up to 50 pounds or more.
