To assist with storing, inventory and organization of warehouse materials and supplies. Responsible for all inventory and outbound/inbound products of the warehouse. This position is night shift. Night shift begins at 5:00 PM.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Duties include but not limited to:
- Be a role model in projecting and applying The Pacific Group Diamond Philosophy (Productivity, Quality, Excellence and Teamwork) and promote teamwork at all times.
- Follow procedures to ensure information is communicated and accessible to the support team, including the warehouse, sales, buyers, and customer service departments.
- Set-up and run pick labels.
- Maintain daily productivity tracking in PAVE program.
- Prepare materials for scanning
- Generate bill of ladings and invoices, verify cases and price prior to updating system.
- Maintain customer schematics information in database.
- Create invoice, verifying cases and price prior to updating.
- Run daily receiving manifests.
- Schedule receiving appointments.
- Process will-call and all sales delivery routes.
- Review selector error reports.
- Perform data and order entry.
- Maintain applicable records and files.
- Attend all department and training meetings when scheduled.
- Keep department supplies filled and maintained; replenish stock as necessary.
- Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.
- Perform other duties, as assigned.
Qualifications

A. Education and Experience
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
Preferred:
- One year related experience and/or training.
- Equivalent combination of education and experience.

- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
- Ability to write simple correspondence.
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
- Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
- Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
- Proficient in Word and Excel. Prior knowledge of AS400 a plus.
