They will unload and stock materials including plant supplies, tools, and equipment. The candidate will also load supplies, tools and equipment to be dispatched. Responsibilities Include:
- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and distribution operations
- Verifies receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered and reports and shipment error directly to the supervisor
- Safeguards warehouse operations and contents by following and monitoring security procedures and protocols
- Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling within the system
- Maintains physical conditions of warehouse
- Maintains quality service by following organization standards
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Forwards available inventory items by verifying stock
You will need to have:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A clean driving record is required
- Punctual, reliable, organized and trustworthy
- Previous experience in related field is a plus, but not required
