Looking for an enthusiastic organized customer-focused Warehouse Associate to support this very busy branch location!
Support our Techs in the field - Run large Warehouse, order replenishment materials, fill orders to re-stock trucks, receive goods, inventory control.
Hourly Full Time position ( Mid Level ) with Benefits & Bonus. Monday - Friday Day Shift schedule.
Baltimore is the largest Team of Service Techs - We are BUSY! Our Warehouse Team keeps their trucks stocked and in good repair. Must have GREAT 'Customer Service / People Skills' as the Warehouse Lead will interact and support our Technicians every day, helping them to be best prepared to service our Customers!
JOB SUMMARY/OBJECTIVE:
The Warehouse Associate assists in maintaining day-to-day warehouse operations including material stocking of warehouse inventory and building material stock for Len The Plumber (LTP) trucks. Directly supports Service Technicians, requiring impeccable customer service skills as well as a strong sense of urgency and accuracy.
Must have a great "customer service" attitude! Fast paced environment. Strong Inventory Control / Systems / EXCEL experience required.
Excellent computer / systems skills, purchasing experience, Admin skills
Must have own vehicle. Clear background, clear Driving Record.
Familiarity with Plumbing parts, materials, supplies and equipment is helpful!
With a new branch, willingness to 'pitch in' wherever needed is important!
Initially this position will also cross-train in Dispatch
Team-oriented, positive attitude, customer service focus is helpful in this support role!
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Manage day-to-day operations of warehouse to include:
Place orders with vendors
Count, receive and put away material deliveries
Run replenishments for truck stock bi-weekly
Provide advancements on ad hoc basis
Maintain clean, safe and debris free warehouse
Perform transactions in WMS and troubleshoot as needed
Stock new trucks with pre-determined materials mix including small tools.
Perform start-up, in-service and exit inventories for trucks and quarterly for warehouse.
Assist Fleet Supervisor with truck fleet needs.
Ensure dumpsters areas are clean and coordinate removal of waste and scrap metal.

Ability to travel to other branches for coverage when required
Excellent organizational skills
Strong problem-solving skills with ability to identify and implement solutions
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally and externally to accomplish objectives

Work is performed in a warehouse environment.
Ability to lift and transport >50lbs
Travel to each branch location on as needed basis.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
High School degree
3+ years experience in a warehouse role
Excellent Microsoft Office skills required
Must be able to pass a clear Criminal Background Check, Drug Screen, and MVA Driving Record Check as you will be occasionally driving our LTP vehicles.
Familiarity with Plumbing parts, materials, supplies and equipment is helpful!
