Job Description WG – WFM Consultant The Workforce Consultant is part of a team that helps build and maintain the Business Forecasting for all functions within Wage Garnishments, to help ensure each team is operating at its optimum capacity. Responsibilities • Manage the Workforce management Forecasting/Scheduling staff in various workforce management activities of forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning, and volume patterns. Conduct forecasting, create staffing schedules for SLA achievement. Responsible for the coordination and execution of forecasting/capacity plan meetings with site leaders of all regions. • Create and maintain an environment that encourages input from team members, continually improving the forecasting and scheduling projections across all functions. Develop a communication strategy for regional site leaders to discuss service level/staffing risks. • Evaluate and recommend opportunities for process or system improvements and/or enhancements. Assist in the development and implementation of strategies associated with work distribution and allocation. • Coordinate reporting related to workforce management. Verify associate adherence to schedules and report planned versus actual staffing data (productivity, shrinkage, etc.) Manage output from forecast team, reviewing updated forecasts based on historical patterns, and run analysis in the effectiveness of historical data to the business model. ##LI-DNI
