Position Summary:
Primarily focused on helping the organization effectively launch new product offerings, working with IT project managers and representatives from the business to ensure projects are ready for deployment, and managing and implementing business and IT projects. Involving heavy contact with senior business leaders and our largest clients, this role will partner with carriers, brokers, clients and vendors as new product offerings rollout in managed care, analytics, and litigation management. Partnerships with Product Development will be essential to support rollout of initiatives across the Claims Operation, Sales and Account Management.
Key responsibilities include working with project leads and business owners to define deployment plans, evaluating implementation readiness of strategic projects, developing training modules and delivering training sessions, managing deployment processes through launch of new products and projects, and developing communication plans and creating communication materials for new product launch and project implementation.
Required:
- Bachelor's degree; 7 years of general business consulting experience with a major consulting firm or with a Fortune 1000 company.
- Strong written communication skills.
- Ability to author effective communication launching a new product to thousands of clients, brokers, and carrier partners.
- Experience developing and delivering training, managerial experience with responsibility for managing the work efforts of others and building their skills, and understanding of project deployment best practices.

- Consulting experience including Change Management, Business Consulting, and Project Implementation disciplines.
- Interest in and knowledge of the commercial property & casualty and/or life and health insurance industries.
